The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was good! There were very comfy beds and a kettle, central heating, and an iron inside the room. - the location was lovely and beautiful, close to Barnard Castle, garden, and outskirts of Middleton and easily accessible.

this place was ideal for our purposes, would definitely recommend. the location was excellent in a great area, close enough to teesdale as well as barnard castle. also, stotley hall was 4 km away.
